There are four different ways to link JavaScript to the HTML.
The first one is using these codes:

You can connect the JavaScrip to HTML using this pure HTML solution. The entire JavaScrip is linked to the HTM separately.

The second way is using these codes:

/* */
alert(‘JavaScript alert’);
/* */

Compared to the first method, this one is a hybrid solution. In the HTML, the JavaScript code is embedded. The code is entirely enclosed within the element. This ensures that the JavaScript content doesn’t get disorganized with the XHTML.
The third way to link JavaScript to an HTML file is through:

onclick=”alert(‘javascript alert’);”

This is another pure JavaScript that can be linked in the HTML tag. This helps the process to handle the events for the specific tags.

Lastly, you can manage working on these codes, but it is not advisable to use this since it disorganizes the codes.

<a href=”javascript:alert(‘JavaScript alert’);”>

Most of the time, both JavaScript and HTML jumbles that breaks the HTML if the JavaScript is not accessible. The event handler using these codes will not be processed using these codes. You can check programming questions and answers and find any programming solutions you need with our help.
